Passports and Visas: It is the traveller’s responsibility to ensure they have valid passports, visas, and any required travel documents.

Accuracy of Information: Travelers must provide accurate and complete information for bookings, including names, dates, and any special requirements.

Changes and Amendments:

Changes by the Traveller: Any requested changes to bookings may be subject to additional fees or penalties. Availability of changes will depend on the specific travel arrangements and suppliers’ policies.

Changes by the Travel Agency/Airlines/Hotels or supplier: The travel agency reserves the right to modify travel arrangements if necessary. Any significant changes will be communicated to the traveller as soon as possible.

Travel Insurance:

Recommended Coverage: It is strongly recommended that travellers obtain comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen events or circumstances.

Insurance Claims: Any insurance claims will be subject to the terms and conditions of the insurance provider. Travelers are responsible for initiating and following up with their insurance claims.

Liability and Limitations:

Limitation of Liability: The travel agency is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expenses incurred during travel, including those caused by third-party providers or unforeseen circumstances.

Force Majeure: The travel agency is not liable for any disruptions, delays, or changes to travel arrangements caused by force majeure events beyond its control.

Privacy and Data Protection:

Personal Information: The travel agency collects and uses personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws. The agency will not share personal information with third parties unless required for travel arrangements.
